• For rooms with two double beds, 4 is the maximum number of guests. An additional $50 will be charged per night for the additional two persons.

• One night payment in advance.

• Rates are subject to 9% Lake County room tax
• $10 charge per lost key(s)
• No smoking in all guests rooms
• $50 Service charge on all returned checks
• Advice of cancellation must be received fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in time of the date being cancelled, and a cancellation number must be issued. This policy pertains to early check-outs as well.
